32+4 - working out again

32+4 - i don't know what's wrong with the quality ??!

Todays stomach picture after my working out sesson - i'm 32+4 today , and there's only 7 weeks and 3 days until my due date ! ;D Wow it's so crazy thinking about it - there's only about 7 weeks left until i'm sitting here with Emina in my arms & blogging about my life as a mother . Wiiiie ! :b
I almost can't wait any longer - and well my poor body is also getting a bit tired of waiting . Luckily i haven't had any problems during my pregnancy (yet . :b) but it's still tiring and hard walking around with this gigant belly !

Oh and i have started working out again . Even though you're pregnant you there's no excuse for not working out and thinking about your body . Or well that's just my opinion .
I've had a break from all the work out , but now i'm feeling ready again and i really had a need to start again . :b - so if some out there are pregnant i just wanted to share my schedule with you guys - or well you can also use it even though you aren't pregnant.

I usually start by cycling for half and our , and then i work with my my own weight on a mat such as the abdomen, lower back and pelvis , and then in the end i swim . Of course none of my working out are as hardcore as it used to be , but it's still working out . :b - so i hope some of you guys maybe can use these work out ideas . :b
