Mikkels late birthday'present . :b

Finally i got to give Mikkel his a bit late birthday'present - and i can tell you guys it made him so happy ! Of course i was hoping he got happy when i gave it to him , but to see him getting tears in his eyes , was a unique and fantastic feeling that touched me deep inside.

I never imagined him being that happy for the gift ! I love you Mikkel my one and only ♥ - and i couldn't wish for any other family than the one we are creating together . ♥♥♥

Anyway - i'm sure you guys want to know what the gift excatly is , cause it's not just a bracelet; it's a symbol - and i'm sure that's why Mikkel got so happy about it . :b Cause if it just was a bracelet i found in like Bilka or something like that , i'm sure he wouldn't have gotten tears in his eyes haha .

So as you guys know i've been to a jeweler and i got him to make a bracelet of my own design , that's supposed to be a symbol of our own little family . The idea behind the bracelet and symbol is , that you don't know the meaning of it , unless you're being told what it's symbolizing . :b

So i choose this sign (look at the bracelet above) ; The uppet triangle with the tip pointing up symbolize the man (Mikkel) with the raw brushed look to symbolize masculinity .

The lower triangle with the tip pointing downwards symbolize the woman (me) and symbolize the femine with a nice bright polished surface .

And finally there is the small bright polished gold triangle with the tip pointing downwards (Emina) connecting the two large triangles . The small triangle is made out of red gold to symbolize that she is our blood ties that bind us together .

I think the meaning and the idea of it came out just great - and i'm so happy that Mikkel liked it and got so happy about it . It's unique and it's a symbol of our family . ♥

Short sunday post . :b

Maybe i should get one myself ? :b

Like yesterday sunday been a chilling day too . Luckily i'm feeling better today - and so is Emina . She's still having bit of a cold , but it hasn't gotten worse and turned into fever or anything like that , so i'm crossing my fingers and hoping it'll continue this way and she'll soon be over the cold . 

Oh what do you guys think about Emina new beanie ? It suits me pretty well too huh ? :b I'm almost considering buying one more just for me hahaha .

Or well maybe not ... But isn't it sweet ? It's still a bit to big for Emina though , but soon it'll fit her too - until then mommy will borrow it haha . :b

Emina found a new favourite sleep position now - the split ! Haha . :b I can't believe she can actually sleep like this but it's apparently the "new" . Not because it looks comfortable at all in any way - but she been laying and sleeping like this for the last 2 hours , so it can't be that bad haha . It looks funny anyway and she's in a deep sleep so i can't complain . Whatever works for my little angel haha . ♥

Saturday chilling ♥

Saturday chilling♥

When you can't sleep any longer it's a good thing to have a mommy you can cuddle with on the couch .♥ Wiiie .

Today i'm doing absolutely nothing but laying on the sofa and chilling with my little princess . I don't know why but i'm feeling so exhausted at the moment .. Maybe it's a little cold that's on it's way ? I don't know - but i don't even feel like getting up from the sofa today .

But of course you also need these days sometimes . And Emina seems pretty satisfied with a sofa-day-chilling too . She's a bit sick at the moment - also a cold - but it's not that bad , and it hopefully wont get any worse than it is right now , cause i really can't stand to see my little angel .

So a bit illness from both of our sides results in a good saturday chilling on the couch - now we just need Mikkel to come home and join us ♥

Oh yet another thing before i'm ending off this pretty boring and not really interesting blog'post for today; i'm going to stare in a music'video with the great singer danish singer Lasse Kjær . He's not that big of a name in Denmark yet - but he's building his way , and i'm sure that when this song comes out he'll soon be a known name . :b

The video'shoot is supposed to take place either on wednesday or thursday . I can't wait .. Woooho . :D

My precious - and body talk

My amazingness on wheels . :b

Well to start it all off i thought i would actually show you guys a pic of the bi'cycle i've bought . Not because it's so exciting and it looks well ... special or something like that - but it's my amazingness on wheels , and i can feel everything will just be better after i've finally invested in this haha . :b

I still need some practice in driving with someone sitting on the back though . I think people who saw me driving home yesterday , with Emina sitting on the seat behind must have thought i'm like the worlds worst mother; a drunk mother driving a bi'cycle . I wasn't drunk .. But i'm sure looking on my driving skills people would've thought that hahaha . :b

Now for some crazyness; I shrunk out of a size 34 in pants ! It's crazy ! I don't eat healthy and watch out for calories at all - and neither do i work out . I just weighted myself and i'm now down on 44 kg. (convert it yourself - if needed) !!!

The only thing that may have caused this weightloose can be breastfeeding . Even though i'm not breastfeeding Emina anymore , since she's now eating porridge and is getting teeths so she's starting to try eating more and more different food . But of course it's been a while since i've weighted myself .. It's still crazy though !

I've always had high "fat burning" or how you say it in english - which i'm very thankful for . :b It of course means that i've never really eaten "healthy healthy" , but i love spicy food - another thing that's good for fat burning . And i've always been a very petite girl . :b

I'm only 155 cm heigh - and before my pregnancy and during i've weighted between 45 - 58 kg. But right now i'm weighten less than before i got pregnant . It's crazy ! :b

I must eat some more cake haha - yet another reason for me to bake .

Bi'cycle and the health freak

New "life'style" here we come . :b

Today is a good day ! Cause i'm going to pick up my new bi'cycle ! Yeeey . I'm looking forward to able to get far and wide without having to depend on public transport . It's so annoying ! Especially when the bus is late and you're busy . And another great part about it is that i'm going to get some exercise at the same time while driving around on my new bi'cycle . :b

I'm so looking forward to it . It'll also help with the transport time from our home to the daycare when Emina is starting there . And hopefully also get me more motivated to get out and work out in the gym . :b 

A whole new "life'style" is beginning just because of a bi'cycle hahaha . Or well . Maybe haha . :b

Before we went out in the freaking cold weather for the bi'cycle-hunt i got something near the best picture of Emina . Or well . It's not the best but i think it's just great ! We got a health'freak of a daughter - and that's crazy thinking about she has a mother who loves sweet stuff and cakes . :b

I've been out shopping some groceries this morning - and i got like the wildest craving for chips and candy so of course i bought some haha . :b

The craziest part is that when i got home and just threw it on the couch was Emina of course pretty interested ... But .. Out of all the stuff she could've choose to sit and munch in she choose the skyr !!!

For those of you who don't know what skyr is; it's a diary product originally produced in Iceland . It's a bit healthier than for example yogurth and other diary products like creme fraiche , because of the very low fat content and high protein content .

So my crazy baby wants to eat something healthy with lots of protein and almost no fat - instead of lots of candy and chocolate .. What went wrong !? Haha . :b

I finally received my new hair from a seller that needs to be tested . Yeeeeeey ! Who knows .. Maybe if the quality is good they'll be delivering hair to my store when we're opening . So far it looks good - and Emina approves it . :b

But she's soon going to get kicked in bed for a nap so mommy can play with the new hair haha . ;)

But the hair isn't the only thing i've been busy picking up today - i've also been out shopping groceries for the dessert i've made for later today where the family , some friends & co-workers are coming by for buns and cupcakes . :b

Yup - the dessert i've made for later is some different really delicious cupcakes - and i can tell you guys that i'm feeling creative and pretty proud . About the taste , the looks of it . Everything ! :b 

I chose to make 1. some dark chocolate-cupcakes stuffed with espresso ganache (creme) and espresso-buttercream and caramel crunch on the top . 

2. Champagne cupcakes stuffed with white chocolate & strawberry ganache - and with champagne buttercream and fresh strawberries on the top .
And last but not least i choose to make a third kind of cupcake for my mom who's egg allergic; 3. Dark chocolate mousse cupcakes stuffed with coffee ganache and champagne frosting on the top .

Of course it was bit of a project - but i love baking and even though the kitchen is still a mess right now and there are chocolate places i didn't knew it could end i'm satisfied with the result . :b

Now we just need the guests to come over and i'm crossing my fingers and hoping they'll like the cupcakes . :b If not there will just be more for me & Mikkel haha .

Congratulations dad

Emina - ready for celebration . :b

Today is it my Eminas great daddy - and my fantastic boy'friends birthday . Congratulaaaaaaaations my sweety . We've been celebrating it , but sadly my birthday'gift for Mikkel isn't ready yet - you know that jewelry'thing i talked about .. Apparently it takes like forever to make it , but i contacted the store yesterday and they said it would hopefully be ready in a few days . :b 

So i'm crossing my fingers .

So many fishes .

Anyway for Mikkels birthday today we chose to visit "Den blå planet" (the blue planet - i think it's called national aquarium in english) just celebrating him very casual and not with some big party or stuff like that . :b

And Mikkel really wanted to see it . Sadly it was a bit disappointing . I thought it was a lot bigger and with like huge sharks and stuff like that - but it's still a cool experience and it's really fine . But it was okay anyway . Emina enjoyed it ! All those fishes everywhere was a pretty amazing experience for her haha . :b

I got a new lover haha . :b

Tomorrow we're celebrating Mikkels birthday for the rest of the family - you know my mother , Fido , his mother and sister and some of his friends and co-workers are also coming . :b

Again not something big and fancy but just a nice , unformal celebrating of my lovely man wiie . And of course i'm going to make some great desserts for us . :b 

But i'll let that be a surprise and not reveal it before tomorrow . Muhaha . :b

And last but before i'm going of to bed - we're travelling to Spain next Friday wiie ! For a week - just the 3 of us to visit my grand'mother and get a short family'vacation out of it .

Luckily my grand'mother says it's still hot and it should be okay weather for the time we'll be staying there . We're crossing our fingers for that ! 

It'll be great anyway to see her again - and it'll be Eminas first travel so i'm pretty excited to see how she'll react . :b

We got a new......

That's not your size sweety . :b

..... Shoe'lover in the family .. Our own daughter is following in her mothers foot'steps and she's starting to be crazy about shoes ! Really . She loves sitting and playing with them , trying to try them on , even though it's a bit hard since she can't stand all by herself yet - but she's trying ! And she's so clever really . She knows where the shoes are supposed to go already - on the feets .. She actually figured that out like i think it's about .. 2 months ago or something like that . :b 

She loves playing with the shoes - but she still haven't gotten her moms great taste yet . She's usually sitting with Mikkels big size working or running'shoes .. Not because it's a bad bad choice .. But still , when you're a little girly girl in a red dress with white dots .. You don't choose those big ass shoes showing above haha . :b 

But hopefully the great taste will come in time .... I'm crossing my fingers haha .

Apart from that i don't have much more to share with you guys today . :b

Oh - except from this great news; i'm going to stare in a music'video with a great danish singer soon . He's not that famous and known yet , but he's really talented and i'm sure it'll be great !

But more about that later . :b

Lots of great news

Wiiiie ! 

I'm now proud to tell you guys that ...... i'm now offically an educated extensionist !! Wiiie . Educated at Djarling and i really can't wait to get my fingers in the customers hair .

It's so great for the business and i'm glad that i passed the course - and they said i did it really great so i couldn't be happier ! 

Now i just need a store i can make a deal with about buying extensions at - of course my costumers can bring their own , but i'll also do what i can to make a deal with a great extensions company , so my costumers will get the best of the best . :b And that of course means that i'm going to test - and write around to lots of companies now . So i think the next couple of days will be a bit busy .

I really want to complete this - and i really want it to be now ! Especially since i'm this close to being ready for opening ! Wiiiie .

Even though i'm really happy that it's over and i passed the course i'm still a bit sad about it - the course was really great and my "teacher" was so sweet . It's a bit sad knowing i'll not be coming anymore in the near fure - but i got something great out of it . A new titel to write on the CV - and a step closer to opening the new store .

And another great new of the day; Emina is finally starting to like porridge ! Wiiiie . We have had some trouble getting her to like it , since she's apperently just as stubborn as the rest of the family , when there's something she really don't want .

So far the only thing she wanted to stop in her mouth have been vegetables purees and fish - porridge and fruit isn't really something she wants .

But finally ! Today we succeed . I tried giving her millet porridge with banana and cinnamon , and she ate a double portion ! Wiiiie . Success ! Haha . :b

Halloween girls night

Friday .. 31. October - Halloween.. And of course we celebrated it . Or well , i don't know much about how popular it is to celebrate out in the world . In America it's supposed to be a really big deal ? As far as i know .. In rest of Europe ? I don't really know .

In Denmark ? It's a bit different . Of course it's a great way to get people out and buy stuff . It's kinda like easter , New years eve , christmas etc. it's a great deal for the stores !

But me and my two great girls Salli & AK choose to celebrate it this year . Not like a big party or stuff like that . We didn't go to a club or something like that neither .

But we just had a great evening a home with lots of halloween candy - fingerlicking good - and of course some great , scary costumes . :b .. A great girls night wiie .

Today we haven't really been active any of us - Mikkel is having a day off from work today and i'm feeling a bit sick so i'm not really fresh out of the bed . Therefor we chose to have a bed day !

We been laying in the bed almost the entire day . And amazing enough it didn't really bored Emina . It was kinda like she also needed that haha . :b

A bit of everything . :b

Goofy ! :b ♥

Emina loves using the whole bed when she gets the chance haha . My little goofy girl - she's tumbling around ! I tucked her with her head toward the head of the bed and the duvet tucked around her , and now she's laying like this ! The opposite way with one leg in the air her duvet half way kicked off ! Oh god haha . :b

And now on to another trouble - i really think i got a serious problem !

On the picture above you see 60 pairs of shoes .. And it's only the ones i got up in the apartment ! Besides from the 60 pairs you see above i also got almost as many down in the basement , some around in the apartment i've moved and are ready to sell and some in the room where i'm going to probably start up my business until i get a location to open at . :b

Right now i'm thinking about selling a lot of them , cause seriously - who needs this many shoes ? I got like more than 100 shoes just laying around . Of course i still uses a lot of them .. But over 100 pair of shoes ? No way . There are even shoes i've only weared once , some never worn - and some of them i worn like 5-6 years ago and are never going to use again .

It's crazy ! So i'm soon about to do some kinda open-house stuff or something .. Selling out ! :b 

Mmmmhh ..

And last but not least; i did a cake for our mother's group get together yesterday , and i can tell you guys it was delicious ! And well there's almost nothing left today haha . :b

It's a chocolate moussé cake with fresh raspberries on the top and it takes like 2 seconds to make this .. The girls were more than excited to taste it - and my sweet boy'friend ate a lot of it when he came home from work too haha . :b 

Oh - for news i got this; In the weekend my great childhood'friend Salli are coming all the way from Jylland to visit me - and of course she's taking her sweet son with her wiiiie . I can't wait !

And Mikkel & i are planning a travel to Spain soon ! At first it was supposed to be in the summer but we didn't had the time or money for it because of the baptism - then we wanted to move it for the autumn , but now we're again running into problems - Mikkel has to get off from work , and that's a bit of a problem .

We were planning to travel in the autumn'vacation - but it was too expensive , so now we're hopefully going to travel in the middle of November if everything goes how we wants it . :b

Weekend summary

Friday selfie - ready for 50-year birthday celebration . :b

Weekend summary for you guys; now i didn't really got the time to sit down and blog friday & yesterday - so i think it's time for this weekend summary so you know what i've been doing in my weekend . :b It's a smart right haha ?

Anyway - Friday was a day in the sign of the family & party - or well, party and party .. Mikkels mom celebrated her 50-year birthday so of course it was a larger event than only buns and hot chocolate . So the trip went to Frederikssund for a great evening with lots of fun , talking and of course also dancing . She had rented a room for the party , and i think we were about 50-60 people , like family , friends , co-workers etc. etc.
It was pretty cool getting to know the friends of the family too - of course i've met Mikkels whole family , but i haven't met many of their friends and co-workers neither .. That would be a bit weird sure , but it was fun talking to them and getting to know them too , and hearing all the dirty little secrets they're keeping from me haha . :b Joking - joking .

Saturday was more of a working day for me . I'm thinking out of the box and being creative again , and i love it ! :b - Do you guys remember that wall i was making ? The one i went through 3 whole days to finish and the mess was just crazy ! Well .. I wasn't completely satisfied with the result , cause of course you can always improve it or make it look different in some kind of way ..

And i thought it needed the last finish - so as you can see on the pic above i'm in the middle of giving the wall a more golden effect . Great right ? :b It makes it look even more unique and well kinda expensive even though it had cost me like ... Almost nothing to do . :b

Dinner - chicken in crushed pork rinds

For saturdays dinner i also felt a bit creative and thinking out of the box . I talked with Mikkels sister Louise about some great combinations of food , and she told me that she once had tasted this kinda chicken in crushed pork rinds , which she meant was really good !
So i felt inspired and thought .. Well why not ? I was only going to make dinner for 1 since Mikkel were going on work and already had eaten ... So i experimented .

And i can tell you guys it was delicious ! It tasted a bit like nuggets .. Just even better ! 

The recipe: Chicken breast cut into small pieces and rolled in flour - next it's rolled into egg mixed with a bit of milk - and last into crushed pork rinds with salt and pepper . Then you're going to pan fry it in oil over high heat .. 

It turned out great and it's definitely not the last time i'm cooking this . The rest of the dish btw are just kinda whatever we had in the fridge; some glass noodles with sweet chili sauce and soy sauce and a tomato salad . Yummy . :b

Today i haven't been doing much - just relaxing on the couch with Emina who's a bit ill right now . I'm not hoping it'll get any worse cause i hate seeing my little sweet'heart sick ♥ - oh but i'm thinking about soon making a cake for tomorrow . The girls from the mothers group are coming here for a get-together . :b

Concert & sharing

Before the concert with my sweet younger brothers .

I'm so proud of my two youngest twin'brothers Mikkel & Peter . Today they were acting in a musical'concert'play their theather'school arranged and everyone who wanted to come and see it was invited . Parents , siblings , grand'parents , friends , neighbours .. So i can tell you guys that the big hall was pretty well filled up with people - and they still did such a great job ! 

Of course they were nervous just before the big performance - i remember that from back in the days where "studied" at the same theather'school - but they did it so well ! And when they went on to the stage and said their lines and did their acting you couldn't see or hear the nervousness .

A big applause to my youngest but really talented younger brothers . You did great ! I'm so glad i came to watch it - and i couldn't be more proud of you than i am right now ♥

Before the concert Emina and i had a little mother'daughter moment i just have to share with you guys . She's now getting so old that she knows a bit about what sharing is - or well .. I'm not sure she knows exactly what it means , but she kinda got an idea about it . :b

That's the reason to the pic above - isn't it cute ? She's good at sharing especially with her mother . She often gives me half of the fruit'purees i make for her . She would much rather still have breast'milk than eating purees , porridge and oatmeal . So all that stuff she's more than willing to share with me haha . :b

Girls day out

Chit and i wiie . :b - today . :b

Sometimes it's okay to go out and spoil yourself - and i felt like it was okay this time . So me and my friend Chit - who i know from "back" in my event'girl and modelling days - arranged a friend'date to get out and spend some time together and get some great food .

I couldn't find anyone who could watch out for Emina so i had to take her with too , but luckily she's an easy little lady so there wasn't really any trouble with her , and Chit loved her so everything went well haha . :b

We chose to eat some delicious lunch at the restaurant called "Le Président" - it's a great place down the long shopping'street Strøget in the centrum of Copenhagen . You can get a lot of delicious food here - everything from burgers and sandwiches till sticks & sushi haha . :b The price is a bit high - but the food is good and it's definitely something i can recommend you people . 

Me & Chit - march 2013 .. only a bit over 1 year old .

Our friend'date and catching up today made me think back to "those days" . And even way more back to the days before "those days" . I know it sounds crazy and like i'm an old lady or something like that , but it's amazing how much i've tried and experienced . I've been through a lot of stuff - and i've tried a lot of jobs that most young girls dream about - like the modelling & event'jobs . It was fun ! And it made me till the person i am today . I'm not even once ashamed of it or regretting it in any way . I loved doing it . It was a fun and special job - and i met some great people during those event , modelling & dance'jobs i was booked for . But i would never start doing it again .

I'm 24 years old - of course it's not old , but i'm that age where i myself are starting to think more serious . I'm starting up my own business , i got my own house which i'm making personal - with my own lovely family . I got a family now - a family of 3 - Me , the worlds most great boy'friend Mikkel and our lovely daughter Emina . And i wouldn't exchange that for anything in the world or give it up for doing the event'jobs and modelling again .

It was a fun time of my life - and i can still go out partying and having fun like i did back then . But i would never go back to working like that again - i don't regret anything - i loved it , but i got a new life now and i love that even more .

This one was actually taken while i was pregnant . :b

That got kinda deep - but i hope you guys got what i meant by it ? I think i'll make more posts about this cause it's actually fun talking a bit about the future - and i got a lot of rats in the sack or what you can say .. Lots of stories from my life , even though i'm only 24 i've experienced a lot and i got a lot of things to tell and share .. Maybe you can learn some from it ? Or see me through a different view ? :b
